It's a measure of an artist how big an influence they cast. Aside from references in the Smiths' lyrics (I dreamt about you last night / and I fell out of bed twice) the adaptation of her wonderful play A Taste of Honey also features in Simon Armitage's equally wonderful poem 'You May Turn Over Your Papers and Begin.'
